Inside Sales or Sales Coordination

Protechtors General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in ELV, ICT, Security Systems, or MEP. The ideal candidate will independently manage customer enquiries, coordinate with the presales team, follow up on quotations until purchase order confirmation, maintain CRM/ERP records, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage customer enquiries and quotation follow-ups.
● Coordinate with Presales and Engineering teams.
● Follow up with customers until order confirmation.
● Maintain accurate CRM/ERP updates and sales pipeline.
● Arrange customer meetings and support commercial discussions.
● Generate repeat business and follow up on new leads.
● Prepare weekly sales follow-up reports.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination.
● Experience in ELV, ICT, CCTV, Security Systems, MEP, or Technical Trading.
● Strong communication, customer follow-up, and organizational skills.

Only candidates with relevant UAE experience in technical sales coordination will be shortlisted.

Experience:
Inside Sales or Sales Coordination: 2-3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
UAE driving license (Preferred)
