Golden Oak Real Estate Advisory is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Advisor ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships, and deliver results.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client advisory
• Use market data to provide informed recommendations
• Create property showcases, market updates, and social media content
• Work with our marketing team to strengthen Golden Oak’s digital presence
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, pricing, and opportunities

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of proven Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience
✅ Demonstrated track record of independently closing deals
✅ Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to independently manage a pipeline and generate business
✅ Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera
✅ Strong network and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-driven, accountable, and target-oriented mindset
