Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and facilities operations? Join our dynamic team in Dubai and play a key role in optimizing facility management processes through technology, data management, and operational excellence.
π Position: CAFM Executive
π Location: Dubai, UAE
π― Primary Functions:
β
Manage and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
β
Create, update, and track preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
β
Generate work orders, monitor service requests, and ensure timely closure.
β
Prepare and analyze CAFM reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
β
Maintain asset registers, equipment records, and facility documentation within the CAFM platform.
β
Coordinate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facilities operations.
β
Support space management, asset lifecycle tracking, and compliance documentation.
β
Ensure all facility-related information is accurately recorded and updated in the CAFM database.
π Additional Responsibilities:
* Assist in facilities management planning and administration activities.
* Monitor contractor performance and update maintenance records.
* Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related documentation.
* Maintain records of service contracts, warranties, and statutory certifications.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational requirements.
* Support management with reports, presentations, and operational analysis.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and quality procedures.

Preferred Requirements:
βοΈ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or a related field.
βοΈ Experience working with CAFM/CMMS platforms.
βοΈ Strong knowledge of facilities management processes and maintenance workflows.
βοΈ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
βοΈ Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
βοΈ UAE experience in facilities management will be an advantage.
