We’re hiring: Engineer – Contracts | Sobha Siniya Island,

Want to work on the contractual backbone of one of the UAE’s most ambitious waterfront developments? Our Contracts team at Sobha Al Siniya is growing, and we’re looking for an Engineer – Contracts to help shape how the Sobha Siniya Island project is delivered.
What you’ll do
Draft, review and administer main contracts, subcontracts, work orders, LOAs, amendments and variations
Identify contractual, commercial and legal risks in tender and contract documents
Manage variations, EOT claims, delay notices, disruption claims and liquidated damages
Review subcontractor and vendor claims and provide contractual recommendations
Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and responses with project teams
Maintain contract, claims and variation registers, plus BG and insurance trackers
Support negotiations with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Work with Projects, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Planning on commercial matters.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management (NICMAR) or a related field 3-7 years of contracts administration experience in construction or real estate
Solid working knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction contracting practices
Hands-on experience with claims, variations and EOT management
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills
UAE/GCC experience and main-contract exposure are an advantage
