URGENT HIRING – A/C TECHNICIAN (HVAC TECHNICIAN)

Looking for a skilled and experienced A/C Technician to join our growing Technical Services team in Dubai.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🛠️ Position: A/C Technician (HVAC Technician)
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various air conditioning and ventilation systems.
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment, including Split Units, Package Units, FCUs, AHUs, VRF/VRV Systems, and Ducted Split Units.
* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and perform necessary repairs.
* Conduct refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance checks.
* Perform routine inspections to ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
* Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete maintenance and project tasks within scheduled timelines.
* Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry best practices.
* Prepare service reports and update maintenance records as required.
* Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide prompt technical solutions.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in HVAC maintenance and technical services.
✔️ Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
✔️ Experience in residential, commercial, and facility maintenance projects.
✔️ Ability to identify faults and independently carry out repairs and maintenance works.
✔️ Good communication in English and teamwork skills.
✔️ Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred.
