Job Position – Finance Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary Package: 12K to 15K AED
To lead finance function and support strategic business growth across our diversified operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, audits, and internal controls
-Oversee accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cost controls
-Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making
-Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
-Drive process improvement, financial efficiency, and risk management
Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / CPA / ACCA is a plus)
-5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading
-Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
-Proven leadership and team management skills
-Advanced proficiency in ERP systems specially SAP B1 and MS Excel
-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
