We’re Hiring | Commercial & Bus Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial & Bus Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
*Drive bus sales across UAE through distributors and direct customers.
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, government entities, transport authorities, and key accounts.
*Identify new business opportunities, manage tenders, and negotiate commercial agreements.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts.

Requirements
*7+ years of experience in Bus Sales or Commercial Vehicle Sales.
*Previous experience with bus manufacturers brands is highly preferred.
*Strong knowledge of the GCC and Middle East bus market.
*Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
*Experience handling government and private sector tenders is an advantage.
*Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
*Fluent in English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
