Your Role Includes:
Handling patient calls with clarity, care, and professionalism
Collaborating with healthcare teams, labs, and support services
Keeping patient records, reports, and account updates in perfect order
Supporting inventory, logistics, and internal communication
Being the voice patients trust and rely on
Who You Are:
A graduate with 2+ years in telesales, healthcare front office, or customer service
An excellent communicator—especially over the phone
Organized, target-driven, and confident under pressure
Someone who knows how to own the call and close the deal
