Position: Sales Channel Specialist
Location: Fortune Tower, JLT, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
✅ General Distributor Management
-Plan and manage channel strategies for Changan Automotive across the Middle East and Africa.
-Innovate channel models and management based on regional NEV (New Energy Vehicle) trends.
-Oversee distributor qualification, contract negotiation, and onboarding (including KPI and compliance review).
-Support regional channel expansion strategies, market entry, and dealer network optimization.
✅ Subsidiary Channel Management
-Evaluate and manage channel development and dealer performance in subsidiary markets.
-Support operational excellence in the subsidiary channel division.
✅ Retail Network Management
-Oversee planning, launch, and site supervision of new retail outlets in key regional markets.
-Identify risks, maintain site documentation, and conduct unannounced inspections.
-Develop and enforce channel inspection checklists with general distributors.
✅ Channel Enablement
Organize training for distributors and sub-dealers on retail methodologies and digital tools.
✅ Market Data Analysis
-Collect and analyze regional market data (competitor channels, customer insights).
-Generate reports and recommend channel optimization strategies.

Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset.
🔹 Proven market analysis and problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Proficiency in Chinese & English or Chinese & Arabic is required.
🔹 Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
