Electrician – 3 Nos
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety compliance

Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

Mason – 4 Nos
Responsibilities:

Perform block, plaster, tile, and concrete works

Ensure structural quality and accuracy of assigned masonry tasks

Follow safety procedures on site

Plumber – 3 Nos
Responsibilities:

Install and repair plumbing systems, piping, and fixtures

Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and water system issues

Ensure systems meet safety and building standards

Firefighting Technician – 2 Nos
Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain firefighting systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, pumps)

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults

Ensure adherence to civil defense and safety regulations

MEP Engineer – 2 Nos
Responsibilities:

Oversee MEP project execution and coordination

Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams

MEP Civil Supervisor/Engineer – 2 Nos
Responsibilities:

Supervise civil and MEP site activities

Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion
