City University Ajman is seeking a qualified HR Officer to join its Human Resources team.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English Language and Arabic Language(spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in an HR role (experience in the education sector is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE Labour Law
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
