We’re Hiring! Female Logistics Executives – Join Our Freezone Team!

Position: Logistics Coordinator (Import & Export)
Vacancies: 2 Positions (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Freezone – Dubai, UAE

About Us:
We are a well-established logistics and freight forwarding company in a UAE freezone, delivering reliable import and export services. We are looking to hire 2 experienced, professional women to join our team immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit customs declarations through Dubai Trade (Mirsal II)
* Handle Air Freight documentation using Calogi
* Manage complete import/export documentation for sea, air, and land shipments
* Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers
* Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and Freezone procedures
* Update clients on shipment status
* Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Requirements and Criteria:
* Gender: Female applicants only
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE logistics or freight forwarding

Knowledge:
o Proficiency in Dubai Trade (Mirsal II)
o Experience with Calogi (Air Freight)
o Full understanding of import & export procedures
Education: High School or Bachelor’s Degree (logistics or related field preferred)

Skills:
o Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
o Good computer skills (MS Office, email, online portals)
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Ability to work both independently and in a team

Preference: Experience in UAE Freezone operations is highly valued
