We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and driven Pre-Sales Engineer to join our MEA operations. If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class support to partners and end users, we would like to hear from you!

What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

· Excellent presentation skills, both personal and corporate representation.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Time management and prioritization skills.
· Team-player attitude with cross-functional collaboration mindset.
· Positive attitude and proactive ownership of tasks and challenges.
· TSC background is a must (technical knowledge, product expertise, integration, etc.).
· Indian nationality is required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Key Job Responsibilities:
· Dubai-based position, with the ability to travel across the Middle East when required.
· Directly interact and communicate with end users and partners.
· Experience with bar-code printers, mobility solutions, or Auto-ID technologies.
· Understanding of industry sectors such as Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Government, and Healthcare.
· Build complete end-to-end solutions tailored to various customer applications.
· Ability to prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and BOMs.
· Hands-on experience with printer configuration, integration with ERP/WMS, and label design software.
· Deliver technical and product training to partners, distributors, and end users.
· Support product evaluations, demos, POCs, and onsite visits.
· Assist in troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation of TSC solutions.
