Job Location: Ajman-Office Based (5 Days works week)
Summary of Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon. This role also covers the execution of direct-to-customer retention strategies through SMS marketing, email marketing, and push notifications. The ideal candidate has a sharp analytical mindset, is fluent in ad platforms, and understands consumer behavior in the beauty and lifestyle space. Based in Ajman office, this position collaborates closely with the E-commerce and Creative teams to drive growth and achieve performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon DSP.
• Build strategic full-funnel campaigns tailored to product launches, promos, and seasonal objectives.
• Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword targeting, and segmentation to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver high-converting visuals and ad copy.
• A/B test creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and audience groups for ongoing optimization.
• Manage and report on ad budgets across multiple platforms and regions.
• Monitor core KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and bounce rates.
• Set up and optimize retention-focused campaigns including:
• Email Marketing (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
• SMS Marketing (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
• Push Notifications (web and app-based tools)
• Ensure seamless integration of tracking tools like Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and proper UTM tagging.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and new tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in paid media and retention campaigns.
• Hands-on experience running TikTok and Snapchat ads is essential.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and direct-response marketing tactics.
• Experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) and push notification tools.
• Proficient in using analytics and ad reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for fragrance, digital marketing innovation, and customer journey optimization.
