Are you a finance professional who goes beyond bookkeeping and drives business performance?

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts & Finance Manager to lead financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making for our operations in Sharjah, UAE.

🔎 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
🔹 Leading end-to-end financial reporting (BS, P&L, Cash Flow)
🔹 Ensuring compliance with GAAP / IFRS and regulatory standards
🔹 Driving budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
🔹 Managing cash flow, treasury & banking relationships
🔹 Overseeing A/P, A/R & payroll functions
🔹 Coordinating audits & ensuring tax compliance
🔹 Building strong internal controls and process efficiencies
🔹 Mentoring and managing the accounting team

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance
✔ Strong ERP exposure (SAP preferred)
✔ Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills
✔ Leadership mindset with strong analytical ability
✔ Experience handling audits & compliance in a structured environment

💼 What We Offer:
💰 ₹80,000-1,00,000 per month (depends on the interview)
