Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
– Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
– Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
– Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
– Collaborate with PROs on visa and government-related documentation.
– Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3+ years of HR experience.
– Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Chinese language is a plus.
