10+ years’ experience in IT with 6+ years in Project management
Technical Expertise
Proven experience delivering projects such as technology refresh, modernization & new platforms implementations in Tech infrastructure landscape.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure domains: data center, network, servers, storage, virtualization, identity & access management, and cybersecurity alignment.
Experience coordinating with architects and engineering teams.
Project Management
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years overall IT experience, with at least 6+ years leading large-scale technology projects.
Proficiency in Project Management Tooling, and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (PMO, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall).
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing:
-Detailed project plans or Agile scrum plans
-RAID logs
-Governance decks
-Budget and resource plans
-Stakeholder communication plans
Direct exposure to banking or financial sector operations.
Prior experience managing IT infrastructure transformations (cloud migrations, data center moves, network upgrades, security controls implementation, etc.).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL, or cloud certifications.
