Description
BPHS Software Technology International is seeking a dedicated IT/Apple Support Engineer to handle end-user support, Apple device setup, AV/peripherals, and onsite event technicalities. Working Days: 6 days/week. Accommodation & food: Provided. Experience: 4+ years. Salary: To be discussed.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular check-ups/inspections on networking devices, AV infrastructure, and IT/AV peripherals
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
• Ensure printer management configuration and related scanning devices
• Set up Apple devices (laptops, iPads, mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems/peripherals
• Back up & restore iOS platform devices as required
• Set up projectors and sound systems on request
• Set up gaming devices for children for personal use & events
• Install & update approved application software with management approval
• Set up operating systems (Windows XP/7/8/10/11 & macOS)
• Assist during events with technical needs and occasional printing/laminating/labelling
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager
