We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can build the foundation of our people operations, drive structured hiring, and maintain a positive and productive workspace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales, Telesales, Marketing, Admin & Operations roles.
• Build a strong pipeline of real estate agents and brokers (UAE + India).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting → filtering → interviews → onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies & job portals.
2. HR Operations & Policies
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs for the company.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Manage probation reviews, evaluations, and confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, visa processes, and company policies.
3. Office Culture & Employee Engagement
• Create a motivating, high-energy work environment.
• Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and monthly performance awards.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with welcome kits, training schedules, and documentation.
4. Payroll & Admin Support
• Coordinate with accounts team for payroll, incentives, commissions, and leaves.
• Handle HR documentation: contracts, NDAs, offer letters, memos.
• Support management with daily admin tasks when needed.
5. Strategic HR Support to Management
• Work closely with the CEO & MD on hiring plans and team structure.
• Suggest improvements for performance, culture, and retention.
• Create monthly HR reports for recruitment, performance, and employee move
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years HR experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced work culture.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and HR compliance.
• Ability to independently manage hiring and handle confidential information.
• Priority to candidates who have experience hiring brokers/real estate sales teams.
