📍 Location: Tecom, Dubai

Responsibilities:

– Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
– Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices
– Coordinate benefits, payroll support, and performance management initiatives
– Assists HR Manager in Operational audits and compliance

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 2+ years HR experience in UAE, preferably in service provider firms or related industry
– Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
– Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Passion for team-building and employee engagement
