A fantastic opportunity just opened up for a dynamic Senior HR Specialist to join a leading multinational organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being hands-on across the full employee lifecycle – from payroll and C&B to HRIS and operations.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ End-to-end Payroll Management (Fixed & Variable)
✔️ Compensation & Benefits and HR Data Reporting
✔️ Full-cycle HR Operations: Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding
✔️ Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and Compliance
✔️ Working on HR systems (SuccessFactors/Adrenaline is a plus)
✔️ Promoting Health & Safety culture within the organization
🎯 What they’re looking for:
✔️ 8+ years of HR experience, including Payroll & C&B
✔️ Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Urdu
✔️ Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
✔️ Female candidates only
✔️ Must be available to join within 30 days
