To join Digital & eCommerce Experience team. This critical role will help drive delivery excellence across our digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring our design team meets critical handover deadlines to our technology team, managing competing priorities, and tracking the overall delivery of key digital initiatives across web and mobile app. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator, particularly skilled at building high-impact executive presentations with clear narratives, milestones, and go-to-market plans.
* 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within digital experience design, eCommerce, or product teams.
* Strong background in managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross functional teams.
* Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills; able to turn complex information into crisp executive-level narratives.
* Solid understanding of digital product delivery cycles (web and app) and agile ways of working.
* Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
* Experience in a digital transformation or consumer-facing digital product environment.
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and navigating in Figma.
* Background in eCommerce, travel, or related industries is a bonus.
