🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
* Arrange international & domestic travel (visas, flights, stay).
* Handle confidential matters professionally.
* Assist with personal tasks and errands.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and communication.
* Organize digital and physical records.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts.
* Accompany management on travel, if required.
🔹 Requirements:
* 2 to 4 years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant (including home country experience).
* Bachelor’s Degree holder.
* Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Fluent in English (spoken & written).
* High level of professionalism and discretion.
* Willingness to travel internationally (expenses covered by the company).
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
* Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
