Position: IT Engineer

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (IT or related field preferred)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to join our growing team! If you have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the drive to deliver exceptional IT support

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line and second-line IT support for end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and support a Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.).
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
Perform basic network management (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, etc.).
Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure security best practices.
Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.

✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience (experience in the UAE is an advantage).
CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
Experience with Windows OS (client/server environments).
Good knowledge of end-user support and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage IT assets and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
