Join our dynamic team at Al Jaber Gallery ! We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support our growing HR department.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Handle employee onboarding, documentation & file management
✅ Assist with work permit applications and coordination
✅ Maintain HR systems (Zeta HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
✅ Manage employee insurance processes and passport handling
✅ Coordinate with department heads and ensure HR compliance
✅ Support in generating HR letters and contract renewals

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication and administrative abilities
✔ Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
✔ Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
