Head of Accounts- Al Basel Group
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: Up to AED 13,000 (based on experience)
🕒 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the accounts department Oversee financial operations: budgeting, reporting, audits, compliance
Maintain strong banking relationships across UAE
Ensure VAT, ESR, and international compliance
Analyze financial data for business decision-making
Implement advanced systems and controls
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
🔹 Requirements:8+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in leadership
Strong UAE banking network
Exposure to international markets and multi-currency operations
CPA/CA/CMA preferred
Proficient in ERP/accounting software
Future-ready, strategic mindset
