We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee the daily operations and production process in our kitchen cabinet manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure high-quality standards and on-time delivery of kitchen cabinets.
Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure that all safety protocols and workplace regulations are followed by the production team.
Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Communicate regularly with management regarding production progress, challenges, and solutions.
Assist with the planning and scheduling of production runs to meet customer deadlines. any issues that arise during the production process and take corrective action as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the cabinetry or furniture production industry.
Strong knowledge of cabinet-making techniques, materials, and machinery.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety regulations and ensuring compliance in the workplace.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
