About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor to join team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to kickstart their career in quantity surveying. You’ll work closely with senior QS staff, project managers, and site teams to assist with cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Support in the measurement and valuation of works
Help manage and monitor project costs and variations
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Support senior Quantity Surveyors in day-to-day project management tasks
Requirements
Degree in Engineering
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge in Autocad
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive attitude
