Your Day-to-Day:
* Analyze project plans and civil/interior specifications like a pro
* Generate detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates
* Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing
* Prepare and deliver bid proposals on schedule
* Collaborate with project teams to apply cost-saving and value engineering strategies
What You Need:
* Experience in interior fit-out or civil construction estimating
* Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs and cost estimation techniques
* Great communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under deadlines with attention to accuracy
Structural Engineer – DM Approved – Dubai
