If you have a background in customer service within the wellness, or aesthetics industry, and you’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment,

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all clients
– Assist the sales team by promoting and upselling services and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk or reception area
– Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with therapists, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations
– Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within the health, wellness and clinical fields
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Presentable appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
– Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
– Fluency in English and Arabic is required
