Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Happiness Specialist/CSR (Receptionist) — Male/Female candidates welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
4. Support and manage the customer lifecycle
5. Handle customer complaints and grievances professionally

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English and Arabic or Hindi/Urdu (mandatory)
2. 1–3 years of relevant work experience
3. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong phone etiquette
4. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
