Position: Collection Officer / Customer Contact Executive
Location: Dubai Office branch
Salary: 4k to 5k AED + Incentives
Requirements:
✔️ Experience: 1–2 years in Debt Collection or BNPL Process (Tabby or Tamara experience preferred)
✔️ Joining: Immediately
Responsibilities include:
🔸 Contacting customers for payment reminders and settlement arrangements
🔸 Managing delinquent accounts efficiently and professionally
🔸 Maintaining accurate call records and follow-up reports
