Job Position – Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Hiring for a detail-oriented and experienced to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage all day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. You must have direct experience handling Construction and Oil & Gas Industries accounting workflows in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Progress Billings: Prepare payment applications, progress billings, and subcontractor certifications.
Payables & Receivables: Manage subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client collections.
Compliance Management: Ensure accounting compliance, audit readiness, documentation, and accurate financial record-keeping.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, cash-flow statements, and variance analysis.
Liaison: Coordinate with project teams, procurement, HR, vendors, banks, and Head Office on financial matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience strictly within the UAE Construction / Oil & Gas Industry.
Skills: Proficient in construction ERP software (SAP).
Local Regulations: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and UAE VAT laws.
Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
