Locations: Sharjah & Al Ain, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Company Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Company Manager or Assistant Company Manager in retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/Retail Management Systems.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
