We are looking for a Senior Guest Relations & Patient Experience Executive to join our longevity and regenerative wellness clinic at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai.

This is not a traditional front desk role. We are looking for someone with a strong luxury hospitality background who understands discretion, anticipation, warmth, and five-star service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, premium guest relations, concierge, or high-end wellness/aesthetic clinics, with the ability to deliver a seamless patient journey from first contact to aftercare.
