Key Responsibilities
-Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
-Manage front desk operations, including incoming calls and emails
-Coordinate daily office administration and activities
-Maintain records, files, and official documentation
-Provide administrative support to management
-Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and pleasant office environment
Requirements
-Prior experience as a receptionist or administrator (preferred)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi speaking required)
-Proficiency in MS Office and basic office tools
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-Professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude
