Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary Package: 12K to 15K AED

Samira Maatouk Group is seeking a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic business growth across our diversified operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
🔹 Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
🔹 Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, audits, and internal controls
🔹 Oversee accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cost controls
🔹 Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making
🔹 Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
🔹 Drive process improvement, financial efficiency, and risk management
Candidate Profile
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / CPA / ACCA is a plus)
✅ 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
✅ Advanced proficiency in ERP systems specially SAP B1 and MS Excel
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
