โ€ข Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
โ€ข Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in the database/ATS
โ€ข Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents
โ€ข Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruiters
โ€ข File, scan, and manage confidential documents
โ€ข Handle general office administration and support daily operations
