Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ELV & Smart Home Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELV systems, smart home automation, and networked devices. The role requires hands-on expertise in deploying smart technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Installation, programming, and maintenance of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intercom, home automation, and audio-visual systems).
* Configure and integrate smart home devices such as lighting, security, and climate control systems.
* Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical support for installed systems.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
* Ensure installations comply with safety and quality standards.
* Provide training and guidance to customers on system usage.
* Maintain documentation of project installations and service reports.

Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV systems and smart home technologies.
* Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart home devices.
* Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Certifications in ELV systems or smart home technologies (preferred).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.

Preferred Experience
* IT Services and Consulting experience.
* Background in electrical engineering or IT infrastructure.

Location: On-site – Dubai, UAE

Salary & Benefits
* Monthly Basic Salary: AED 2,000 to 5,000 (depending on experience and knowledge), payable monthly.
* Accommodation: Provided by the Company.
* Medical Insurance: Provided by the Company as per UAE Law (DHA compliant).
* Air Ticket: One return economy-class air ticket to home country every 24 months (after completing two years of service).
* Annual Leave:
* 30 calendar days paid annual leave after completion of one year of continuous service (as per UAE Labour Law).
