Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle patient inquiries and appointments (in person, by phone, and online)
– Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction
– Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth daily operations

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a medical or clinic setup is a must
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
– Presentable, organized, and patient-oriented
