 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
 A Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
 Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) certification.
 Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 Proven experience managing procurement operations in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries, with exposure to large-scale projects and capital equipment sourcing.
 Proficiency in procurement software and tools, data analytics, and e-procurement platforms.
 Familiarity with the specific industry in which the holding company operates and understanding of its unique procurement challenges.
 In-depth understanding of procurement methodologies, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management principles.
 Familiarity with legal aspects of contracts, negotiation tactics, and compliance requirements to mitigate risks and enhance procurement outcomes.
