URGENT HIRING: Off-Plan Training Manager – Unique Properties, Dubai
We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead agent development in our Off-Plan Sales Division.
If you have 2–3 years of real estate training experience in Dubai, strong presentation skills, and a passion for performance coaching — this is your chance to make a direct impact.
Role involves:
– Identify training needs and build tailored learning programs
– Conduct regular coaching sessions, classroom training, and workshops
– Design and implement scalable off-plan training modules
– Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive performance and culture
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years of training experience in the Dubai real estate market
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Proven success in agent development and performance coaching
