Position Overview
We’re looking for a female Sales Coordinator (Freshers welcome) who can communicate fluently in English, Tamil, Malayalam, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless operations

Maintain sales records, CRM entries, and assist in report generation

Prepare and track sales documents, invoices, and dispatch schedules

Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Manage customer communications via phone, email, and in-person

Monitor stock and assist in restocking coordination

Provide administrative support and help with basic market research

Requirements

Fresher or experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

Excellent communication (spoken & written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus

Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills

Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Background or knowledge in instrumentation, valves, or industrial equipment

Understanding of sales operations or order management

Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights
