Position: Human Resources Officer
📍 Location: City Walk, Dubai

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, proactive, and hands-on HR Officer to take the lead in supporting and managing our growing workforce. If you thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment, this one’s for you.

💼 What You’ll Do:
– Oversee daily HR operations across the company
– Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
– Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with UAE Labor Law
– Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documents
– Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal training
– Manage leave tracking, attendance, and employee benefits
– Support conflict resolution and address staff queries with care and professionalism
– Ensure smooth offboarding processes and employee transitions

✅ What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE
– Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
– Trustworthy, discreet, and adaptable with a proactive mindset
– Passion for creating a positive workplace culture
