Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Manager role.
Proven experience within the shipping, maritime, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations (e.g., MLC 2006).
In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and management abilities with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
