🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Office Assistant to support our logistics operations. This dual-role involves administrative responsibilities as well as direct coordination with our sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and excellent client support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
* Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and reports
* Maintain customer records and monitor shipments
* Ensure timely communication between sales and logistics teams

Office Assistance:
* Handle administrative duties – filing, emails, calls, scheduling
* Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
* Assist with logistics documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
* Support meetings, appointments, and travel planning

✅ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales support (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong communication and organization skillsl
* Familiarity with shipping documentation is a plus
