Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
Athletes Kitchen, a leading name in health-conscious dining, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven supervisory experience in Dubai’s restaurant industry
* Specialization: Prior experience in a healthy kitchen or wellness-oriented food service is a strong advantage
* Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
* Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Skills:
* Excellent customer service and team management skills
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems, reports, and basic software tools
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Manage inventory, staff schedules, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
* Support management in achieving operational goals and KPIs
