To oversee our accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, team management, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and client deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
* Review and approve accounting work completed by the team to maintain accuracy and quality.
* Manage client relationships and address their financial inquiries professionally.
* Implement and improve accounting processes and workflows.
* Utilize and oversee work within accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Tally.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
* Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Tally.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
