Description
Job Position – Safety Officer
Company Name – United Precast Concrete
To join team and help drive a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment at both site and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain safety manuals, procedures & compliance registers.
-Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
-Ensure alignment with OSHMS (ADOSH) / EHSMS (DM), ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
-Lead accident investigations & enforce preventive measures.
-Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and PPE usage protocols.
-Coordinate with clients and represent the company in safety meetings.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Safety/Science.
NEBOSH IGC & DM-accredited safety certification (mandatory).
Min. 3 years experience (2 years UAE, 1 year native).
