Hiring Primary Coordinator (British Curriculum – Year 2 to 8)

A well-established British curriculum school is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Coordinator to oversee teaching and learning for Yr.2 to 8.

This role includes supervision of teachers delivering core subjects and national identity subjects.

Subjects Supervised:
• Science
• History
• Geography
• Arabic Language (for non-Arab students).
• Islamic Studies (for non-Arab students).
• Social Studies (for non-Arab students).
• Moral Education (for non-Arab students).

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support teachers in effective curriculum planning and instruction.

• Ensure alignment with British curriculum standards and school policies.

• Monitor classroom practices and provide regular feedback for improvement.

• Coordinate assessment strategies and analyze student performance data.

• Facilitate training and professional development for teaching staff.

• Promote a culture of academic excellence, inclusion, and student well-being.

• Liaise with school leadership to support strategic academic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE in teaching and academic coordination.

• Strong understanding of the British curriculum and primary education best practices.

• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
